COVID-19
Charming Wonders travelers must submit a negative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) Test 72 hours prior to departure of flight for the safety of other travelers and tour employees. Certificate must be received via email to dynise@charmingwonders.com, SMS or digital are not accepted. Rapid test, antigen test, antibody tests and home testing kits are not accepted.
If the test result is positive, you will be required to file an insurance claim with your travel insurance provider. Traveler will not participate in tour, keeping tour group and staff health a priority.
Proof of your vaccination is required to enter some countries. This proof is not valid until 10 days after you get the vaccine because of the time it takes for the medicine to protect you, so you may need to change your travel plans if you can't get the vaccine soon enough or you decide you do not want to get vaccinated.
VISA
Traveler is responsible to obtaining visa and submitting documents prior to tour experience. Details will be provided in confirmation email following deposit payment.
Itinerary
Itinerary will be provided in confirmation email following deposit payment. Travelers interested in viewing itinerary prior to deposit can email “Contact Us” to obtain copy of itinerary.
Group itinerary is not flexible. Traveler can choose to opt. out of an activity but no refunds or discounts will be applied.
Travel Insurance
The Company requires all Travelers to purchase “Cancel for any Reason” travel protection (“protection”). Cancel for any Reason travel protection must be purchased within 72 hours of booking. Traveler must provide proof of Cancel for any Reason travel protection via email at dynise@charmingwonders.com. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to thoroughly review the terms and conditions of the Cancel for any Reason travel protection Traveler purchases. Company is not responsible for Traveler’s selection of Cancel for any Reason travel protection. In the event that Traveler seeks to state a claim pursuant to Traveler’s Cancel for any Reason travel protection policy, Traveler will file a claim with the Company that issued the policy. Traveler must indicate any intent to cancel via the Traveler’s Secured Client Portal accessible via Company’s website.
Early Departure
If you decide to leave the tour early, Charming Wonders is not responsible for any airline fees and no refunds will be issued. Traveler surrenders remaining tour activities.
